Refund and Cancellation Policy
At occultcoach.com, we strive to deliver high-quality numerology reports, courses, consultations, and related products.Please read the refund and cancellation terms carefully.
1. Digital Products (Reports, Courses, Consultations)
All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or exchanged.For technical issues (e.g., non-delivery), contact our support team for resolution.
2. Physical Products (Rudraksha, Bracelet,Yantras, Vastu Remedies, Holy water, Merchandise)
Physical product sales are non-refundable.Returns/exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.Notify support within 48 hours of delivery with photos.Customers must ship returns at their own cost; replacements will be arranged upon inspection.No monetary refunds will be issued.
3. Event Tickets & Registrations
Registrations for events/workshops/seminars are non-refundable.Tickets may be transferred with 72 hours’ notice before the event.
Additional Terms:
Refunds cannot be issued once an order is in the “processing” stage.
Cancellation requests must be emailed to care@ramdarber.com within 06 hours of payment.
Delivery timelines are approximate and not grounds for refunds.
Incorrect customer data is not refundable.
Subscription delays will be compensated on a pro-rata basis.
Customers are responsible for product damage post-delivery.
Products are for spiritual use only — not replacements for medical or emotional treatment.
Product images may differ slightly from originals.
Phone advice sessions are non-refundable once connected.
Transaction charges and delivery costs are non-refundable.
Duplicate payments will be refunded (less one transaction).
Exceptions
Nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit; and nothing in this website disclaimer will exclude or limit the liability of occult centre in respect of any:
• death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Occultcoach.com or its agents, employees or shareholders/owners,

• Refunds will only be considered if a payment has been deducted but the service / product was not delivered due to a technical fault at our end.
• In such cases, after verification, a refund may be initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
